Pamela Mishkin

Pamela Mishkin spent six years on the technical staff at OpenAI, where she started the economic research team and led deployment planning for DALL·E 2 and the first Codex model. Her work focuses on AI policy, safety, and the socioeconomic impacts of advanced AI. She holds an MPhil in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics from Williams College, and co-authored foundational research on AI’s potential effects on the labor market.
