Katherine Dellar

Principal

Katherine works at the intersection of strategy, policy and global cooperation. As a Principal in Windfall Trust, she leads advisory work with public, private and philanthropic partners to understand how AI could disrupt their economies, sectors and institutions, and to shape credible responses before that disruption arrives.

She joined Windfall from McKinsey & Company, where she advised C-suite leaders on AI and strategy. Prior to McKinsey, Katherine spent close to a decade as an Australian diplomat, leading global negotiations in the World Trade Organization and United Nations, representing Australia in international law litigation and shaping Australia’s trade and economic policy. She has extensive experience chairing multilateral negotiations and advising ministers and leaders of international organizations on policy and strategy. Katherine started her career in law, as legal associate to the President of the Court of Appeal of Western Australia.

Katherine holds an MBA from Oxford University, where she was an Oxford Intesa Sanpaolo scholar, and first-class honours degrees in law and philosophy from the University of Western Australia, on a Fogarty Foundation Scholarship. She is based in London, UK.
