Karen is Project Manager for the Scenarios program at Windfall Trust, managing the delivery of scenarios workshops and shaping the program's impact strategy. She has managed complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and built impact measurement frameworks across global networks at the World Economic Forum.
Karen works at the intersection of program delivery, stakeholder coordination, and social impact. At Windfall Trust, she is Project Manager for the Scenarios program, managing the delivery of the scenarios workshops that bring policymakers and economists together, and shaping the program's impact strategy. She was previously Impact Lead and Community Manager for South Asia and Asia Pacific in the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community, where she designed the network's impact measurement framework and served as the primary point of contact for over 100 local groups in the region. Before that, she managed partnerships and engagement, building relationships with global organizations and coordinating programming across major international summits. Across nearly a decade at the Forum, she worked with a global network spanning 150 countries, translating the needs of distributed communities into strategy, reporting, and measurable results.
