Jeff Levine is a Senior Engagement Manager at Windfall Trust, where he leads advisory work that draws together the organization's work across research, scenarios, and partnerships to help institutions navigate the economic consequences of AI.
Prior to Windfall, Jeff served as a Senior Manager at Dalberg, where he led strategy advisory engagements for clients including the Gates Foundation, ClimateWorks, Habitat for Humanity, USAID, The Nature Conservancy, and UBS. He also spent time seconded to the Gates Foundation as a Strategy Officer, where he helped shape the Foundation's first AI Policy and Advocacy Strategy, with a focus on the Global South.
Jeff's career began in Malawi, where he worked at a challenge fund focused on private sector development, managing a portfolio of agricultural and manufacturing grants.
He is based in Seattle, where he serves on the board of Viva Farms, a nonprofit farmer incubator supporting land access and training for immigrant and beginning farmers.
