Jack supports Windfall's work on national economic preparedness plans for transformative AI. He is a labor market economist and policy professional with experience across the US and UK, focused on how economic policy and AI governance can help societies navigate AI-driven disruption.
He previously led work on AI's workforce impacts, unemployment insurance reform, and immigration policy at the Bipartisan Policy Center, and has also worked at the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and in management consulting at PwC. He holds an MSc in Economics from University College London and read Economics with a year of Management Studies at Cambridge University.
