Frank Ryan

Frank is a Senior Policy Analyst at Windfall, drawing on his background as a data scientist turned AI policy strategist. He has advised governments and international bodies including the UN, OECD, and U.S. Government, most recently developing Togo's national AI strategy with GIZ, and previously researched at MIT's Work of the Future Taskforce.
