Ana Saldarriaga is the Senior Scenarios Manager at Windfall Trust, where she leads the strategy and operations of the scenarios unit, bringing together economists, AI researchers, and policymakers to explore how AI could reshape economies and societies.
Prior to Windfall, she served as COO of We Are All Human Foundation and as Deputy Head at the World Economic Forum Foundations, where she remains a Global Leadership Fellow.
Ana was also the first Latin American woman to serve as CEO and President of AIESEC, the world's largest youth-led organization, whose internship model was recognized by the ILO as a scalable solution for youth employability.
An engineer by training and a Chevening Scholar, she holds a Master's in Public Administration in Science, Engineering and Public Policy from UCL, where her research focused on the impact of AI in labour markets. Born and raised in Medellín, Colombia, she has lived in six countries and worked in more than 50.
